Volkswagen’s compact crossover/suv/cuv – the VW Tiguan – has been with us a while now, so as is the way with all product – from soap to supercars – it’s time to tweak the offerings and repackage so the buyer thinks they’re getting more/better/something new for their hard earned cash. Land Rover Discovery 4 HSE Luxury Special Edition
Land Rover has revealed a luxury special edition discovery at the New York Auto Show – the Discovery 4 HSE Luxury – the highest spec Disco ever. It’s not hard to work out that Land Rover are in the process of replacing their current range of Discovery, Range Rover, Range Rover Sport with new models. We had the Range Rover Westminster back in February and today at the New York Motor Show we get the Disco run-out model with the reveal of the Land Rover Discovery 4 HSE Luxury Special Edition.
The Hydrogen-powered Toyota FCV Concept (pictured) revealed
Toyota revealed last month that their latest take on a hydrogen-powered car would be revealed at this year’s Tokyo Motor Show. And here it is – the Toyota FCV Concept. The FCV Concept points clearly at Toyota’s first proper production fuel cell car – expected to hit Toyota showrooms in 2015 – and Toyota are keen we realise that, subject to a refuelling infrastructure, the hydrogen-powered FCV is just like owning a regular ICE car.
